Is there any USMC DI's that can point me in the direction of how I might attain leadership billets at MCRD PI?

I am signing for the USMC this October under an 0311, PFC contract, and I would like to receive the toughest training possible, and possibly pick up leadership billets within my future cycle. I have dreamed of being a Marine since I was a fetus, and after my enlistment term I want to finish out my last two years of college in an NROTC-Marine Option unit. I know Marine Recruit Training is the toughest ever, but i want to be in the toughest training cycle on the Island. I have been asked why i just don't finish out my college and go to OCS. My answer is financial aid failed me, and, I would like to serve before I lead.
