FB PRIVACY SETTINGS? all settings set to everyone, yet people who are not firends yet cant see info?

If you are listed as under 18 then Facebook hides all your info so creepers don't see it. Besides that if you are sure you set everything in "personal info and posts", "contact information" and "friends, tags and connections" to everyone including setting every album to everyone then there is not much more that you can do.
