Why is their so much gender discrimination for jobs for muslimahs?

Shutup Jihad rousan no one likes you you are ist plain and simple.....a woman can work she doesent have to stay at home....and how about men? What if there are women working in the same place before the man is hired should the woman just quit her job ?.and what if the husbands job is crappy should the woman stay home and watch her and her family get evicted?.....loser go home
