Do Northern Italians have Arab blood like the Southern Italians?

Go to Southern Italy and go to Northern Italy. You'll notice a big difference in the weather. So it's rather natural. Plus, you say they are mixed with Arab in the South. I'm not sure if that's true. Maybe it is. But Italians don't even look that different anyway. If you had ever been to Italy, you would know.
