What's your opinion on my budgie?

I'm guessing that it's a girl. The cere looks very light in color, with white rings around it, which are typical signs that it's girl budgie. Baby boy's cere's are more pink with a little bit of blue around the nostrils. It sounds like it's at the age where if it hasn't gotten any darker blue, it's probably not a boy. You can also tell by it's behavior. If it's a boy, it will be very talkative, make head bobbing movements, and funny gestures. Girls are usually more quiet (they still make noise though) and less of show-offs.
