High on Cough syrup and I need some help?

So yup, I'm a retarded little teenager that took benylin or whatever for dry cough with only DXM in it and I am tripping pretty bad. I have a few questions: 1) How long does it last? ( I took it at about 9:30pm and its 12 am now and i took 10 teaspoons of the cough syrup) 2) What are side effects? (And no there is no guainefer..blahblah in it) is diarrhea one? And 3) what are the after effects?
