If me and my fiance tranual gf marry, can she be granted for US citizenship after our marriage?

If your doing this in the united states it shouldn't matter the gender so long as you do it in a state that allows gay marriage such as Machusetts.I would advise your GF to get ID in the united states which does make you identify yourself as a female if you went through the procedure. But I believe he/she would have to go the entire distance which would mean you wouldnt know she was a man at one point unless he/she told you so. I would also advise talking to your local town hall to see what the law requires for same marriages with immigrants .
