My 12 wk old male kitten is leaking?

I don't know how else to put it. He's healthy and up to date with his shots, but today he began "kneading" a blanket and spreading his back legs over it. I couldn't figure out what he was doing, and when I went to investigate I discovered several very small wet spots. None of them were smelly. Anyone know what's going on?
