What next no smoking when driving?

Oh my god,I have just read about the D.V.L.A. trying to ban smoking while your driving,Although i do not smoke myself,What a f - - - - - g cheek,What will it be next no flatulence or breathing or even talking,What bloody idiot dreams up all these rules,Surely we can all live our lives as humans and not bloody robots,Crazy world or should i say crazy government,They are not concerned how they run the country but how much they can fleece us out of our cash
