a boy in tamilnadu has completed 12th std in a CBSE school.. He has joined a deemed university on compulsion. Has secured 50% aggregate. He is doing 1st year. He wants to get transferred to an Anna university affiliated college. He want's to continue his B.E. degree from 2nd year in another anna university affiliated colleges. a B.C. community cl candidate. Please give certain infos to help him and the procedure. Genuine advices please. pls......pls..................pls !
