Does sudafed show up as amphetamine in a urine test.?

I took a test at my doctors office and I dont understand how amphedamines would show up in my system. The only different thing I took was Entex Pse 400-120 an old prescription I had from April that I got from my regular doctor to use when I have sinus trouble.
