Why don't Blacks seem to understand what statistics are?

Whenever you say "most".. they will give you rare examples, like a 1 in 50 rarity of a Black who doesn't fit the stereotypical mold. Why don't they seem capable of understanding smaller numbers mean they're easier to group together? "Well, my father isn't from the ghetto and he doesn't have a prison record." Yeah, but MOST Blacks are and most Blacks do.
