Plug in/ add-on internet problems?

when ever i go to this website tek-9.org i cannot see the menu. it should say forums, cinema, team, achievement ect... on the computer at my school i can see these perfectly but on my home comp i cant (its just open space); is there a lug-in problem or add-on problem? please help thanks
