My hubby wants this name for a boy, I think it is too unusual, opinions please?

My hubby wants to name this baby (if its a boy) Tiberius. And I want the middle name Ryan no matter what the first name is. So the baby's full name would be Tiberius Ryan Kolberg. I am afraid that once the child gets into school that the kids will tease him relentlessly about his name. Also, I have no idea what we would call him for short. I don't want to call him Ryan as that is my hubby name. Please give me honest opinions.
