Is this trojan a keylogger?

spyware doctor found this Trojan-Downloader.CashDeluxe on my computer. it listed it as a medium threat. is this a keylogger? or is the threat that it downloads keyloggers? i ran spysweeper and norton scan and they both found nothing else. my concern is that I typed something confidential on a https so im wondering if i should take preemptive action or not. since nothing else was on my computer if this doesnt steal keystrokes can i presume im safe?
