Hows Northeastern Pennsylania like?

Scranton/Wilkes Barre is not the best area economically. It's an old coal mining area that had it's glory days in the early to mid part of the 20th Century when steel was king in Pittsburgh and in the Lehigh Valley. It's been trying to come back as more of a distribution center for goods, but still has a way to go.
