Did Father Christmas go to Eton?

I’m really beginning to have my doubts about the man. It’s all very well wearing flamboyant red outfits and harnessing wild animals to a sledge, that’s all perfectly acceptable behaviour - but offering sweets and gaily wrapped gifts as an enticement to get young children to bounce up and down on his lap – well that’s just plan wrong. And as for the penchant for facial hair and sweet sherry…..well frankly I’m beginning to wonder if he might have been to Harrow. In fact, I’m wondering if he is a gentleman at all.
